The study design.

we analysed former consulting projects of VMN - Valuemanager Ninaus GmbH. There were two groups the one projects. The first group was like going the traditional approach like typically for projectsbased on Excel sheets and moderation toolsets. We called it no VMCoach inside.

The second group alread used the software platform VMCoach instead of Excel spreadsheets and offline moderation tools.

We stick stick to the 10 steps job plan of Value Management according to the standard EN12973. But instead of conducting lots of time consuming workshops with the while VE team, we lay strong focus on a well elaborated pre-processing and post-processing phase. We do this all integrated in VMCoach and have already lots of dta analyses before the workshops take place.
